New supported living homes and GP surgery for Lingfield

Merrow Wood is planning a community of high-quality supported living homes and a much needed larger, more accessible GP Practice with dedicated parking close to the centre of Lingfield at Lingfield House on East Grinstead Road.

Merrow Wood will be holding an exhibition on the plans which will also create a new orchard and community garden as part of a publicly accessible parkland.

In addition to public open space, the new community would enable parts of Lingfield House to be opened to the public with a new café and other community facilities.

The supported living homes, new GP practice, community garden and parkland will all be within 10-minutes’ walk of almost all of Lingfield, including the Train Station and just 5-minutes’ walk of the shops and village centre.
